We are looking for a Institutional Sales Executive who can build strong relationships with our existing B2B customers and other financial services providers to ensure they receive the highest service while seeking to identify new opportunities for business growth.
Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, including banks, brokerage firms, family offices, and wealth management companies.
Sales Target Achievement: Accomplish sales targets and actively participate in new product development and strategies to increase assets under management (AUM) and company income.
Comprehensive Asset Management Coverage: Provide comprehensive coverage of both onshore and offshore asset management products to meet the diverse needs of institutional clients.
Tailor-Made Solutions: Drive and lead internal and external coordination efforts to deliver tailor-made investment solutions and products ( e.g. mutual funds, private funds, bonds and structured products) for institutional clients.
Roadshows and Investor Meetings: Organize and participate in roadshows and investor meetings to promote the company's offerings and facilitate collaborations with institutional clients.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, knowledge of onshore and offshore financial markets, minimum 3 years of sales and marketing experience in financial services.
Experience: Preferred experience in sales roles at fintech companies, fund houses, or wealth management firms.
Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin preferred.
Skills and Characteristics: Strong client service and relationship management skills, willingness to travel for client meetings.
